Earlier this year we decided to embark on a team building exercise that was not only challenging but one that would push us to the edge! We decided that the wolf run was the way forward! We researched a number of charities and finally decided that "calm" was a great cause and one supported closely by Topman alike. 

Suicide in young men is the single biggest killer in the uk ahead of road accidents and even cancer! 

The latest figures show that the suicide rate rose significantly in 2011 with 4,552 men taking their own life and this continues to rise now.

Let's try and put a stop to this now!
