We work in Oxfordshire's local communities to help people with mental health problems

Story

Some of the team at Torpedo are taking part in the Blenheim Palace Triathlon 2019 to raise money for Mind- an amazing charity which helps over 20,000 people with mental challenges every year. They promote good mental health through the provision of high quality services and campaigning for positive change. All fundraising and donations can make a huge difference.

Mark H, Adele, Paul B and Tom are taking on the Sprint Challenge, compromising of a 750m swim, 19.8km bike ride and 5.4km run around the grounds of Blenheim Palace which is regarded as one of the UK's most picturesque triathlons. This year we also have lots of entrants for the team event! The distances are the same as the Sprint Challenge, however they will be working in teams of three to complete one section each- Dasha, Leo, Alicia, Nass, Steve H, Maria, Aidan, Matt B, Dom, Rosie, Phil and Charlotte are all competing in this. They will all join around 7,000 other athletes who are all taking part in various events over the weekend.
