We are passionate about supporting people with life-limiting illness and their families in a positive, caring and practical way. We are an integral part of the Five Towns' community offering round-the-clock support 365 days a year. Thank you for helping us to continue to make a difference.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

In normal circumstances a small team of dedicated cyclist would be embarking on the Prince of Wales Cyclothon during May. However, due to the pandemic this was cancelled for the second year running.

So we gathered together the team and decided that a 2 day cycling challenge, taking in the two TotalEnergies UK northern operational plants at Ferrybridge and Preston was a challenging alternative.

We will set off on the 15th July from Ferrybridge riding the 75 miles and climbing 4500ft over the Pennines to Preston. After some refreshment and sleep we will head back on the 16th July for another 75 miles, but with a little more climbing on the way back, 6500ft on day two.

In a year that has been tough for everyone the hospice has found it difficult to raise funds in order to continue the fantastic work they do in the local community. We hope we can raise some awareness for the charity and hopefully some much needed funds.

Thank you for visiting our page and for your very kind donation.
