On 11th September 6 members of Team P&A will be taking on the Tough Mudder course at Cholomendeley Castle, Cheshire.

The British Heart Foundation helps and supports people living with heart and circulatory diseases across the UK. The British Heart Foundation funds world-leading research into their causes, prevention, treatment and cure. Advances from the charitys research have saved and improved millions of lives, but heart diseases, stroke, vascular dementia and their risk factors such as diabetes still cause heartbreak on every street. I know this year will be no different and weve already had people signing up for the Manchester Marathon, 5K and 10K runs, daily exercise challenge, pledges to give up sweet treats for a month, virtual quiz nights and much more.
