Hi everyone!

A few work colleagues and I are taking part in a Tough Mudder obsticale course and wanted to raise some money for a charity. We have chosen this charity as our friend Fiona,  has recently lost her dad who was supported by this service when he was ill. We wanted to raise some money to remember Fi’s dad and make sure that people are getting the support they need at very difficult times in their lives. 

We are dressing up as characters from the wizard of oz for some reason!
