This year, 4 guys and I were lucky enough to work with London Friend, a charity that supports the LGBT community. We quickly connected during the course and have stayed in touch since. The 5 of us are pretty tight and all decided to do Tough Mudder together in October. 

It pains me to write that one of us, Gerhard, is no longer with us. He passed away due to his struggles with mental health. Gerhard was a beautiful soul and it has hit us all very hard. 

We have decided to still do Tough Mudder in his memory, and try and raise some money for London Friend who do a fantastic job helping the LGBT community in London.
