Hi everyone Razy, Amir, Jonny, Justin, Amar, Pete and Lewis are participating and possibly dieing at the Tough Mudder event on May 4th. 

If you dont know what Tough Mudder is its a hardcore 10-12 mile obstacle courses designed by the Special Forces to test your all around strength, stamina, mental grit, and camaraderie.

Thats right.... Were in trouble!

But non the less its a good opportunity to raise some money for a charity that is very close to my heart of one of our mudders. Raz's cousin and absoloute dude Declan Thorney Croft was a heart transpalnt patient at the hospital until he sadly lost his battle aged 15 after years of suffering from a rare heart disease and a mystery neuromusclar condition which made it hard for him to breathe.

Usually that would grind anyone right down but Declans spirit was nothing short of pheonominal. He planned his funeral as his last party. Everyone includuing the undertakers were all wearing there favourite Football clubs jerseys, his coffin was graffitied by his friends and alas his ashes were cast adrift a model viking ship and set alight.

As you  can see he was an extordianry character and if I can raise some money to help towards research and develop new treatments, to support these remarkable patients and their families then all the pain and mud wil be worth it.

We understand do to the curent financial climate everyone is struggling at the moment but if you could spare anything to donate then we and the kids at Great Ormond Street would appreatite it.
