Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page, following months of training and getting mentally prepared I've set myself another challenge... To raise £250 in 7 days! and I need all of your help!

Following the sudden passing of our friend, colleague and family member Barbara Fraser last year, I knew I wanted to do something to raise awareness (and money) for a charity that could stop this happening to anyone we know again and that charity is National Brain Appeal, the event I will be taking part in is Tougher Mudder, a 10-12 mile assault course created to test both mental and physical strength whilst you combat fire, water, electricity and heights (I've added a video in the gallery)
