I'm cycling the Tour de Bristol, to raise funds for St Peter's Hospice, in honour of my friend John Bennett. John was a keen cyclist and outdoors enthusiast. We met during my time working at Wiper and True, where we would spend hours talking about beers, bikes and music. John was taken care of by St Peter's Hospice in his final weeks, and I'm raising money in his honour to show my gratitude for their support. St Peter's Hospice gives the best care possible to anyone who needs it across the Bristol area. They provide support within the peaceful surroundings of the Hospice itself with space for family to stay over, as well as in the comfort of a patient's own home. Their teams are dedicated to supporting the emotional wellbeing of patients, but also to their families and those close to them, to support the bereaved throughout the most difficult of times. Any amount that you can spare for this cause would be greatly appreciated.
