Neil & myself have decided to take part in Doddie'5 Sunshine Ride to support the My Name'5 Doddie Foundation a charity raising funds to aid research into MND and support sufferers and their families. The Foundation is doing so much to raise awareness of this disease and Doddie is a true hero for the fantastic work he is doing bringing the condition to the fore whilst having MND himself.  
Neil will take part in the Doddie'5 Big Yin event (93 miles) and I will be doing the Doddie'5 Challenge (22 miles) as I'm not quite sure my wee legs would manage the longer courses.
