Paul’s parcels are a food poverty prevention group based in Shotts, North Lanarkshire. We run 5 community fridges, assist with food parcels and serve free lunches within our town and surrounding villages 5 days a week. We are a not-for-profit charity and our one goal is to eradicate food poverty/insecurity.  We have a very strong ethos of healthy food being available to all and ensure families eat a healthy balanced diet. We also run cooking classes to teach life skills to our pupils.
