Last year was a significant year for my family and I, as it was 30 years since losing my dad.  At the beginning of the year I started thinking about raising funds for charities that meant something to us as a family.  Sadly global events took over and I was unable to do anything.  So late last year whilst browsing through the Cynthia Spencer Hospice newsletter this Night Trek up Snowdown caught my eye.  What better way to remember my dad with a walk to see the sunrise from the top of Snowdon.  I think I can say he would have loved to be there with me.
