“We were recently having a tidy up in the parts department at Taggarts Jaguar Land Rover, Motherwell, when we came across a photograph of Taggarts – or Taggart Bros as it was known back then – which was taken on the Motherwell site in 1919.

As you can see from the image, a number of our colleagues from ninety-six years ago, are sporting fairly impressive moustaches.

With Movember 2015 fast approaching, twelve of us decided that it would be great to reproduce the image on the 1^st December 2015, under the current Taggarts sign, wearing our own Movember moustaches.

We’re doing this to raise money for the extremely worthwhile cause of Cancer Research UK.

Please be assured that our undertaking is not without its perils, as we’re all currently extremely itchy and experiencing varying degrees of earache – mainly from our respective partners.
