Our much loved ex Headteacher of Monkleigh Primary School, Mr David Ellis sadly has this cruel disease. He has been unable to speak for the last year and life is very hard for him and his family

. Mr Ellis loved story reading and drama, among other things, so we have decided to do a drama/ readathon on the school field at the end of May.

Mr Ellis was a huge part of Monkleigh School and so we are reaching out to all our ex pupils and families who know what a special person he is and asking for donations to this charity.
