At the end of the Summer, we decided it was time to get ourselves fit, so Matt & I started the Couch to 5k programme to learn how to run. Really didn't think we would complete the challenge, especially as we were both struggling to run for 2 minutes at the beginning -  but we did! - So what better way to celebrate then enter a real 5k and run it!!

If you could spare a few pounds or pennies to sponsor us we would really really appreciate it - and Age UK will use the money to help the older people in Herts.
