I’m taking part in the Great North Run on 19 September 2010, raising money for Mind the leading mental health charity. 

Mind helps people to take control of their mental health and campaigns to end mental health stigma and discrimination. They work hard to support the one in four people who will experience a mental health problem and the friends and families of the 5,400 people who will take their own lives this year.
