I’m running the Manchester Half Marathon on Sunday 15th October to raise money for St John’s hospice in Lancaster who so wonderfully took care of my mother-in-law, Libby, when she was receiving at-home palliative care. Every person that came to the house was kind, considerate, dignified and professional. And they do this day in and day out for each of their patients and their families. They are extraordinary individuals.
