 Leeds General Infirmary KPA

The Leeds General Infirmary KPA, formed in 1982 and run by a committee who meet monthly on the second Wednesday at the LGI, covers all satellite units run by the Leeds Teaching Hospitals Trust including: Seacroft (Leeds) main unit, and satellite units at Seacroft B (Leeds), Huddersfield unit, Calderdale (Halifax), Dewsbury, Wakefield, Pontefract and Beeston (Leeds) as well as at St. James’s Hospital, Leeds.

Our aims are to promote the welfare of patients, purchase equipment, raise funds for the holidays for patients and support medical research.

We provide a quarterly Newsletter to keep more our 300 members informed about the latest medical and practical issues both locally and nationally. It also includes comments and articles submitted by our members and hospital staff plus light hearted puzzles and quizzes.
