I have been involved with Zoes Place for about 6 years now. I have climbed and fell off a mountain for them. I walked, even crawled at times, the Great Wall of China. I have been up Snowdon a number of times and I have ran about the city centre dressed in a big yellow bear suit. Why do I do this? Because I have been to the hospice and I have seen the joy and the support that they give to the children and their parents in the most horrendous of circumstances a family could be subject to. Zoe's Place offer respite for the parents and I have seen the incredible work and dedication that the staff give to the families. These parents know that they have somewhere to go and they are not alone. Their child is in amazing hands. The Care that they provide needs to continue and I will always do what I can to support this. Anyone who knows me, knows I will not give up.
