I am Tracy and I am going to be climbing Mount Kilimanjaro in September 2015! I'm a District nurse working in North Tyneside and I am climbing Kilimanjaro as I have always wanted to challenge myself, but also due to the fact that I will be helping a lot of people whilst doing it. I will be raising money for the Northumbria Bright Charity and Kilimanjaro Christian Medical Centre (KCMC), situated in Tanzania. Many of the patients cared for at KCMC have suffered horrific burns and part of the money raised will be used to treat and improve the lives of those disabled by their life changing injuries. This means that the money raised will not only help people back in the North East, but it will also help people who I may never be fortunate to meet. This opportunity has came about through my employers and I would really like to complete it with your support!
