On the 1st July 2012, I will be taking part in a 75 mile bike ride from London to Hove Seafront with my Horsemart Ladies! As you well know, Tracy walks no-where...I only just about manage it to the car on the drive way, so this really is a challenge! As the saying goes....go hard or go home!
