Was never a great one for sports at school - never saw that point of dance as I've never been asked at work to try and be a tree or a falling leaf but i've found something that I enjoy doing even if I do need a lot more practice at running!  This will be the 6th year that I've run 5km round hyde park and I really do love every minute of it and its such a great cause as I'm sure we've all been affected by cancer in someway.

So after all these years of being quiet I'm going to put out a massive plea to everyone that I know to literally dig deep and sponsor me as much as they can and get anyone else that I might know to sign up and pledge money to cancer research.
