Right now NHS staff and volunteers are doing amazing work caring for COVID-19 patients. 

Together, let’s show our respect and gratitude as they work tirelessly in the face of this horrid virus. It’s our responsibility to look after them and stay home to help save lives and to ensure they can keep doing the vital work that will very soon bring us all back together. 

We have loved seeing so many people staying active during these unsettling times. Staying active is one of the best things you can do for yourself, so why don't you take a crack at our squat 4 support challenge and let's raise even more money for the incredible NHS Superheroes.

So are you ready to… #Squat4Support!

Start with a burpee (for those of you that know us you are probably not surprised at that sneaky addition!) and do one after every 25 squats. Your target is 100 squats

All you have to do is:

1. Complete the challenge as quick as possible.

2. Donate £4. (£1 for every 25 squats!) 

3. Share a photo or video of you doing the challenge using #squat4support and tag 4 friends to pass it on!
