Being homeless isn't always easy to spot...While people are moving from one sofa to another, asking friends and family to put them up, they stay hidden. They'll probably end up sleeping rough at some point. Maybe they already have. And they might not know where to go for help.But here's the reality...They may have someone else's roof over their head for the moment, but sofa surfers are homeless. They need your help.

Join Transition Partner's as we take part in Simon's Big Sofa Surf on 27th November...All you need to do is spend one night sleeping on your sofa. Choose to spend one night sofa surfing, so that someone else may never be forced to.
