As many of you know this is a charity close to the hearts of our family. In December 2013 Robert suffered a severe Cardiac Arrest whilst out shooting in the Scottish Borders. Thanks to the CPR provided by our son, Tom, he was supported until the arrival of the emergency services some 55 minutes later.
On arrival in hospital we were informed that the chances of him surviving were around 1 in 10. Further to this we were told that if he survived his chances of having a brain injury due to oxygen starvation were very high.
Amazingly, and against all odds, he survived without any permanent disability and is back in the driving seat of TransK9! We use this page to help fundraise for British Heart Foundation with donations in return for advertising customers used boxes on our website. In the past year we raised over £2500 and would like to carry on and raise another £2500 over the coming months.
Thank you for your support!
