The English Institute of Sport (EIS) is currently supporting  Claire House Children’s Hospice, based in Wirral, Merseyside, a charity that does some outstanding work with seriously and terminally ill children. Their support has made a big impact on our colleague Paul and his family.

At the EIS we are working towards achieving success at the next Olympics and Paralympics held in 2020. The staff at the EIS based across the West Midlands are therefore walking 2,020 kilometres to raise funds for Claire House Children's Hospice.

This will be completed in two parts. This September we will walk 1,010 kilometres in 4 weeks and complete the remaining kilometres in a 4 week period next year.
