As some of you may know, one of the most important people in my life Poppa John has recently been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s! This is something that not only affects him but also everyone around him, the worst part about it is feeling like you are loosing someone right before your eyes! It’s really hit us all hard not only watching Poppa suffer but also watching my 84 year old nan become a full time caregiver. Myself, Liv, and Grace have decided to trek 26 miles across the Lake District on behalf of our family and most importantly for Poppa! His three granddaughters love him very very much ❤️❤️
