Doing this  trek across the Brecon Beacons in September. It’s an opportunity for me to reconnect with our lovely Welsh mountains and to also raise money for Dementia and Alzheimers research.
Dementia typically affects the elderly, it’s NOT a normal part of ageing and It’s effects are simply devastating. I don’t know many people who have not suffered from the ripple effect caused by this cruel disease. If you could spare just a few quid to help the cause, I would be most greatful. Diolch o galon x
