In my case, both my nan and great nan have/had Alzheimer's, and my family have provided the care and support needed. Sadly not everyone has that level of support. 

This dreadful disease slowly eats away at your loved one until they no longer remember you, or themselves. 

I hope that funds raised will help research to cure this disease, and help educate people on providing care, and where to find support.
