Sadly mum was diagnosed with Alzheimers nearly 6 years ago and has tried so hard to battle through everything the condition has thrown at her. As a family we are now witnessing the later stages of the disease and it is heartbreaking to watch our mum/nan/wife slipping away from us all 💔Rachel and I have decided to do this trek for Alzheimers to try and raise money for such a worthy charity that are trying to change the future of dementia.

Alzheimer’s Society are working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives.
