On the 15 of July I will be taking part in the Trek26 Cotswold Way - covering 26 miles in memory of my late Nan, Nan P, my wife's late Nan Mary Young, and my Nan T who is living with Dementia.  

Please help me raise my target of £300 to help transform the lives of people who live with Dementia and Alzheimer's.
