Alzheimers society is a charity close to both of our hearts as Michal's grandfather was living with dementia when he died and Jamie's Grandma is currently living with dementia. We have seen first hand the devastating impact Alzheimers has on those affected and have decided to take on this very challenging 26 mile hike to support such a worthy cause.
