Alzheimer's is a horrible disease which is devastating to the person affected and all of their loved ones too. It is something that has affected my family and the families of friends of mine too.
Alzheimer's Society are doing some great work to help those affected by this disease but there is still a lot of work and research to be done to really make a difference. Any help that you can give to help me to support this cause would be greatly appreciated!
