Sadly the organisers have had to postpone due to the amber weather warnings. I will update on the new date when it’s decided, but I will still be walking for sure!

On 7th June, along with a group of colleagues from 4C Associates, I'll be walking a coastal marathon in support of the Alzheimer's Society, a fantastic charity working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives.

Training has started, dragging various family members up hills in Norway - next on the training plan is getting the distance up, watching the London Marathon late April reminded me just how far 26 miles is!

Thanks for your support. The Alzheimer's Society has given me and my family great support and advice. I can't wait for the day when people look back on the disease and can't believe there was no cure.
