My mum and I are trekking 26 miles along the Jurassic Coast in memory of my beloved Grandad, Ken.

Grandad had dementia in the last 10 years of his life. It was heartbreaking to see his slow deterioration and having to come to terms with losing the amazing, caring man I'd idolised in my childhood long before his passing.

We're raising money for the incredible Alzheimer's Society, who are working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. I've seen first hand the impact this wonderful charity is having on beating dementia, so any donations would be hugely appreciated.
