Jake and I will be taking on a marathon trek and the national three peaks to raise funds for the Alzheimer's Society!! 

Some of you will know that my mum was diagnosed with early on-set Alzheimers around 6 years ago. It's been really tough to see the impact of the disease and I would love to support further research into a cure so fewer people have to see their loved ones go through what we have. 

Like many others, walking/hiking has become a big feature of the last year, but I certainly haven't taken on such a massive walk yet! Any donations welcome :)
