Story

Dementia is a debilitating condition that impacts many lives on a everyday basis.  On the 7th August 2021 with  a number of my professional friends and colleagues I am going to walk 13 miles around Ullswater lake to help raise money for the Alzheimer’s Society to help fund future research to help identify a possible cure.

I rarely do events for charity and personally this will be a bit of a challenge for me.  I would be extremely grateful if you could sponsor me for this good cause even if it is only a very small amount, as every little bit helps!

At Alzheimer’s Society we’re working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. We do this by giving help to those living with dementia today, and providing hope for the future by campaigning to make dementia the priority it should be and funding groundbreaking research.
