On Saturday 28th May, team members from multi-award-winning care provider, Hallmark Care Homes will be taking part in a gruelling 26 mile walk across London to raise funds for the Alzheimer's Society.

We decided to take on this challenge, because dementia affects the people we care for everyday in our roles, and many of us have loved ones currently living with dementia or who have sadly passed away from the disease. 

We will also be undertaking the walk as part of our 25th Anniversary celebrations as in May Hallmark will be 25 years old. 

We would be delighted if you could support us by donating whatever you can afford. Alzheimer's Society is an amazing charity which 
campaigns for change, funds research to find a cure and supports people living with dementia everyday. Every penny you donate truly makes a difference.
