Story
7 years ago my nan and grandad were sadly diagnosed with Alzheimer's. Since then, our family's life has had a big change. My nan has been a massive part of my childhood where she would take me and my brother camping every summer and it was definitely my favourite memory as a kid. She was recently put in a care home but her personality still shines, especially when she is singing and dancing her heart out to ABBA and Neil Diamond. My grandad has been bedbound for over 2 years, as well as being non-communicative, and is cared for by my other nan and carers.
