My brother, Andy Payne, was recently diagnosed with early-onset dementia following a harrowing year in hospital. His decline has been rapid and devastating for my family.

Along with my other brother Tim (Andy's twin), Beth (Andy's daughter) and my neice Emily, we are taking part in the Trek London 26-mile walk to raise as much as we can to support the research that's needed to help find a cure for this terrible condition.
