So, I’ve decided to take part in this challenge. This charity is close to my heart as my Dad suffered from mixed Alzheimer’s/Dementia before leaving us in 2022. It’s a terrible illness and so this is a very worthwhile cause. He meant the world to us all and I’m sure would get a good laugh watching me struggle to walk a marathon!
