My beautiful Nana was diagnosed with alzheimers/vascular dementia Summer last year. I was in treatment for addiction at that time. Since leaving treatment hiking has been a huge part of keeping me well. As well as keeping me well i’m glad I can raise money for a beautiful charity close to my heart. For all the amazing Nana’s out there 💖
