On August 9th, I will be walking with the Trafford Trekkers; Simon, Dan, Wiebke and Martin, hiking 26 miles in the PEAK District to raise money for Alzheimer's Society. We could have signed up to the walk in Norfolk but we decided that was too easy (!) so feel sorry for me, dig into your pockets and down the back of the sofa for me please.

Alzheimer’s Society are working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. They do this by giving help to those living with dementia today and by providing hope for the future by campaigning to make dementia the priority it should be and funding ground-breaking research.
