My father, Jim, passed away 22 years ago with Alzheimer's. It was devastating to see him slowly disappear from our lives and the memories we had made together. He didn't get to see me fulfil my dreams as an adult, walk me down the aisle at my wedding, or meet his beautiful grandchildren.

But I know the Alzheimer's Society was an incredible support to my mum when she needed help and I want to help them continue the wonderful work they do.

Alzheimer’s Society are working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives.
