Our dad was sadly diagnosed with Alzheimer’s back in January 2019 at the age of 69. It has been a very tough couple Of years for us all navigating our emotions and watching as this terrible disease robs our Dads memory and his abilities in every day tasks.  For me living so far away and not being able just to pop in for a cup of tea and help has been hard even though I do make the 260 mile round trip once a month to see and care for him. Dad has amazing support in place with his careers which he gets 3 times a day and is able to, at the moment, live independently in his own home. I am extremely thankful for everything my sister, sister in law, brother and brother in law does while myself and younger sister aren’t there.  Please help me raise as much money as possible so more people like Dad and our family can benefit from this amazing charity.
