On the 15th November I will begin my 10 day adventure, trekking and disco dancing my way through the Sierra Del Escambray mountains of Cuba with 25 others who are dedicated to the cause. 

Walking for up to 25k a day, this really is going to be a challenge and opportunity of a lifetime which will help create better care and support for patients with cancer, their carers and family.
