CoppaTrek! with Gi - Hadrian's Wall Country · 10 June 2023 to 16 June 2023 ·

This June, CoppaFeel! will set out on a challenging and life-changing trek, all in the name of checking chests! With Giovanna Fletcher at the helm, our fabulous community of trekkers will take on 100km of the world famous Hadrian's Wall Country.

Story

2023. The year of the trek.

It's something Hatti and I spoke about. We talked about doing it together. We won't get that chance. But I can do it for her. And that's exactly what I'm going to do. 100km. For Hatti. For those who came before and for those who will follow. It shouldn't be that way. It doesn't have to be that way. We can make a change.

You've heard Hatti and I talk about Coppafeel! many times, you've seen our posts and helped to raise so much money already, and I am so grateful for the support and kind donations. Once again, I am calling out to you and begging you to dig deep into your pockets and donate, because this fight continues and so we must continue.

On 10th June 2023, I will set off on a 100km trek across Northumberland with the amazing Coppafeel! team, passing through beautiful villages where Hatti and I shared so many memories as young girls. Every step will be for her and I would be extremely grateful for any donation you can make to help me reach my target and push me along.

Thank you, as always.

And don't forget to check your chests!

For those who haven't come across CoppaFeel! before, they are the first UK breast cancer charity to create awareness amongst young people, with the aim to instil a new healthy behaviour that could one day save a life. They are on a mission to ensure breast cancer is diagnosed early and correctly by getting the nation to check their boobs/chest regularly. They want to educate people on the signs and symptoms of breast cancer, encourage them to get to know what is normal for them and empower young people to have the confidence to see a doctor if they notice anything that isn't right for them.
