Toots has been the head of our family for over 50 years, she has fulfilled her role as mother, nana and Great nana with love and support throughout. Sadly Toots has been living with Alzheimer’s for the last couple of years and now needs our love and support more than ever. 

As you all know Alzheimer’s is a cruel and debilitating disease and can effect any one of us. There is very little family members can do other than be there for their loved one so undertaking this walk is our little way of expressing our love and gratitude for our mum and nan and hopefully it will help towards finding a cure for the future.

Obviously nan has no knowledge of us doing this or of the fact she has Alzheimer’s! We have covered all costs and made a donation.  If you are able to help us raise money for this cause that would be great.
