Four years ago I was privilidged to take part in the Great Wall of China Trek to raise money to support the terrific work done by the Albion Foundation. This year I am excited to once again join the team for the trek to Machu Picchu. In support of this, on Wednesday 15th June I will begin my attempt to cycle the 220mile length of the Britain's longest river. Starting in the mountains of mid Wales I will follow the River Severn through to where it meets the sea in the Bristol Channel.

As with the China trek, I have self-funded the cost of the trip which means that any donations made will support the valuable work done by the Foundation. Thank you for your support.
