I have various 10k road races and Half marathons planned for 2022 .

I am dedicated to raising funds for the Sycamore trust, based in Dagenham and the surrounding areas. 

The Sycamore trust works daily with children, young adults and their families who live with various forms of autism. 

My late mother worked over 30 years caring for people with mental health issues and severe physical disabilities, so the Sycamour trust hold a special place in my heart, especially as I was born and raised within the local area.
